  I don't know if Tifah is the best customer service person, but Tifah is most definitely the best that I've ever encountered. Thanks young lady for your quick service and pleasant personality.

  It was Very Busy 03/03/2026 at 11:39 and when I tell you my Service person was knocking them down and getting them out so efficiently and with a Smile the entire time I was dropping off a Amazon return by the time I got home they had already returned my Refund Great Job 👏 Thank you 🙏

  Great customer service, very professional and very nice, she get you in and out without feeling rushed, I had visited that location one time before and I told her that you are amazing at what you do, when I go now I look for her

  I had the most difficult time with Amazon getting my QR codes generated for the proper items to return and Isaiah, Mary, and Tifah were so kind and patient with helping me with my return. I always go to the South Holland , IL. location and they are always professional, helpful and kind. This is the dream team! Thanks so much!

  I had a great experience with UPS thanks to Sy. Sy was professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the delivery process. My package was handled with care, and it was clear that customer service and attention to detail were a priority. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism shown and the effort made to ensure everything was being delivered safely and efficiently. Excellent service overall. 10/10 highly recommend
