- DLDavid Lee4 days ago1.0South Beloit, IL postal service office is the poster child for government sloth! If you have a prepaid and prelabeled packages (90% of all packages now), you must hand it to a desk clerk? No self serve bins or large drawers for dropping off packages. We live in an apartment complex and our mail carrier has refused to deliver our mail for 2 days because he cannot pull next to the mail boxes and put the mail in each box while remaining in his vehicle! Seriously. Each apartment mail box was left a childish note that the mail boxes must be clear for 30 feet so mail carriers can deliver the mail without leaving their vehicle. This is not a joke. Even though the mail boxes are installed along a public cul de sac, our carrier drove by us on Saturday as we waved him down. Elon Musk - have DOGE eliminate true waste, fraud and abuse beginning with U.S. postal service staff in the South Beloit, IL location. 100% worthless, shameless, self-serving public servants that only serve themselves at the taxpayers' expense.

- MSMaciej SalachOct 12, 20201.0A massively failed disaster! On time delivery is non existent! They constantly lie and falsify tracking information. Packages arrive to customers damaged cuz some fat POS at the sort office can’t do a decent enough job of scooting over and doing his/her job. They lose/misplace and destroy or damage mail on REGULAR BASIS! Most over paid and under trained staff in any industry. As a business owner STAY CLEAR AND DO NOT USE USPS - your customer base will be A LOT better off using slightly higher shipping costs. You all need to just go bankrupt and close your door like any other ‘business’ is a similar situation would be forced to do vs. robbing tax payers with your undeserved government bailouts!
