- TTtvtv3Sep 21, 20185.0I've been to a lot of different post offices around the U.S. and the one at Sorento is among one of the friendliest I have ever been to. The people really go out of there way to make a person feel welcomed. This is a post office where if you just know someone who lives in town you can mail a letter to that person and just address it with their name and "Sorento, IL" (although I'm not sure how long the higher ups will allow that to continue). It's a great and friendly little post office that is part of the life blood of the community.
