She kept trying to get me to buy a box when I’d already come in with my own. When I asked again for the pricing of a priority label she said she wasn’t sure why she was answering my questions. I maintained a polite manner, and requested my package back. She held on to it offended and I again requested my package and left. She also tried to charge me two times what the rate was at a different location. 😡

The only reason I’m here is cause I want to express my true review cause I didn’t want to start something by giving her a bad rating in person. My the darker lady was getting frustrated and rude more and more I asked simple questions I never use mail service. She wasn’t terrible but I’d like to tell you that being nice shouldn’t be a facade if customer service is not your thing go work in the back.
