- SSSparrow's_EDC78Nov 7, 20251.0Hi, I don't even know where to begin! my thoughts that if mail or packages dropped off at the post office, or vice versa, are delivered to my home and get lost or stolen, it's a federal matter, especially if the employees steal them! The only explanation I can think of for my packages not being scanned or tracked is that the employees themselves took them. There's no other explanation! If this has happened to anyone else, please post something here so we can report it to the federal government.

The only reason I’m here is cause I want to express my true review cause I didn’t want to start something by giving her a bad rating in person. My the darker lady was getting frustrated and rude more and more I asked simple questions I never use mail service. She wasn’t terrible but I’d like to tell you that being nice shouldn’t be a facade if customer service is not your thing go work in the back.

Earlier, I was dropping off two packages and this African American lady was insufferable. She gave me the worst attitude, yelled at me more than 3 times in front of EVERYBODY. She yelled at me for taping it bad?? What?? She also told me to get in line and re do the tape (it wasn’t bad) and then she yelled at me again for not coming up to the table? Make up your mind. This isn’t the only bad review on this lady and clearly this business doesn’t care about it. Don’t come here if you have a brain. Wish I could give it negative 100 stars.
