  Alex and his team have been taking care of me for almost 3 years, both for work and personal shipments. I walk out of my way to visit this store because I know and trust this location. My colleagues in Skokie feel the same.

  The Oakton Skokie UPS store is great. Alex has such a good attitude, he and Marissa were absolute stars helping me process a huge number of returns at once for my job. I forgot a couple on the counter and they kept them safe til I could come in the next day and scan them in too. Truly some of the best customer service I have ever received.

  We've had a few experiences with this UPS Store. On one occasion, my wife arrived with an open box not knowing whether for the Amazon return she would need the box. She was asked to pay a non-trivial sum to tape the box shut, as this was a return that needed its own separate box. On another occasion, however, on a cold morning when we were again dropping off a package, I was tying my dog to a tree outside in order to go in and one of the workers at the UPS store came to the door with dog treats, insisting that I bring the dog in with me. If this review were based on that experience alone, it would easily be five stars. I look forward to returning and am optimistic that the reception will reflect my last experience more than the former.

  Tracking number clearly says that this is where the sender dropped off of the package yet it hasn't moved from there. When I attempted to call the women would not do anything to help. All she said is that I need to call the Skokie warehouse.
