- MBMichael Beemsterboer6 days ago1.0Tracking number clearly says that this is where the sender dropped off of the package yet it hasn't moved from there. When I attempted to call the women would not do anything to help. All she said is that I need to call the Skokie warehouse.

I was shocked when the associate told me there is a $3 'box closing fee' just to run a single strip of tape across a box. It’s incredibly frustrating to see a business squeezing every last penny out of customers. It feels like pure corporate greed. I understand supplies cost money, but $3 for a few inches of plastic is ridiculous. Come prepared, or go somewhere else where they don't nickel-and-dime you.

One of the employees greeted me, and shortly after, she and her colleague started laughing loudly at my clothes, especially my jacket, for no reason, even though my clothes were modest After that, I left the site without any reaction from her. When I got home, I tried to contact the site manager and file a complaint, but the same employee answered and hung up on me three times. Such bad employees shouldn't be working there.
