The 2nd time the guy that was there was very rude and also they require ID if you don't have a FedEx shipping account.
- CWChris WingNov 4, 20251.0TLDR - same problem as everyone else I asked a little when forced to go pickup and it seems the person managing some of the drivers also does not care. They just pull up and immediately print the receipt without ringing your doorbell so they can avoid waiting a second. Then you have to go through the gauntlet (gotta keep asking for more options on the support line) to get support who will tell you to just come pick up here. People screaming at each other in the back just as you would expect. Hours of your day wasted which is sad because it seems to be happening to a lot of people with expedited delivery. Ultimately FedEx is probably not paying these people enough to care so I guess you can only blame the end result of our system. If upper management miraculously see this review you just gotta burn the whole place down and fire everyone I think
