- ARAsher RamalyJan 2, 20265.0I had a package to ship out ASAP and they helped me make it seamless. Very professional and nice. FYI maps might take you to the old location which was down the corner from the old chase bank.

Was greated by an employee who refused to take my apple digital id (its good enough for the TSA but not good enough for FEDEX). Then he stated that my box was not good enough for shipping even though it was an amazon box taped with transparent tape all over for additional strength. Tried to sell me a giant box that was litterally 6 times the size of my box,at an outrageous price with shipping fees well above the average. People at Fedex, there is a difference between upselling and scamming customers. You should also familiarize yourself with illinois laws. Digital IDs are now accepted and in full force.

It was a big box and so I went to the counter to get help because their drop off box would have not suited the return. I’m just going to put this detail in -I’m 39.5 weeks pregnant-due in 3 days. This guy at the desk first informs me that instead of using the QR code I could have printed it myself at the kiosk but that he would print it (if a QR code at the desk is frowned upon my friend, your company would not offer it as an option). Then he had me hoist the box onto his counter-did not offer to help. But, the best part is that he asks me what it is. I tell him the exact item and he cuts me off saying, “So, it’s a plastic object. That’s what it is”. I hope he got what he needed out of his petty interaction with me. He clearly needed it.
