This specific order was placed in the evening on-line with a "ready" date for the next day after 5PM. Not long after confirming the order I was notified the order was ready for pick-up. Keep up the good work!

I ordered the thick card stock with glossy finish double sided and they didn’t gloss the second side of the print when I complained about it. The associate said that’s just how the card is and took no accountability. *Update- they made it right & corrected the order. The manager (forgot his name) did a reprint.
