- RDR DDec 15, 20251.0This store is very outdated and I have had some issues here. Recently I ordered wrapping paper on December 8th and it said it would be ready by the 10th. I went there on December 11th to pick it up and they said they did not have any here and they have to wait on a shipment to print it and that it should be ready by the next day and I would receive a confirmation email. It is now the 15th and I have not received an email about my order being ready. The woman at the printing area was very nice and tried to help as much as she could but I could tell she did not know entirely when I would receive my order. I would just appreciate a follow up as for when they may receive more or that it won’t be here in time.

- LLLexiNov 29, 20255.0I went in for TSA PreCheck without an appointment, and Cindy thankfully fit me in right before her break. I truly appreciated her warmth, kindness, and willingness to help. Though she works very efficiently, it was clear she was handling a lot of work with very little support. When she finally went on break, a customer who also arrived without an appointment became upset about not being helped immediately. Laurie, the manager (I assume), should have handled the situation herself or turned the man away. Instead, she called Cindy back to the front while she was on break. The customer berated Cindy for absolutely no reason, and Cindy even offered to process his application during her break. It was very upsetting to witness her be treated so poorly. Cindy absolutely deserves recognition and a raise. In the short time I was there, she handled more customers than anyone and never stopped moving. That TSA area clearly gets very busy, and she still remained calm and professional. Thank you for the positive experience, Cindy. You’re fantastic!!!
