  I tend to use this location when I need to return items to Amazon. I have never needed a shipping package for returns, but this time Amazon wanted them. I was never told that during the return process, so I didnt have anything to ship my items in. The gentleman working here helped me out when they didnt have to. This kind of service is what makes me support any business. I actually remeber him from prior visits and he has always been friendly and helpful. I will return.

  Very friendly and helpful staff!! Quick in and out experience everytime Im there. They greet you the moment you walk in and do their best to accommodate you. Today I didnt realize I needed a printed return label and was not prepared for that. They helped me out like it was no big deal. Great location!

  I’ve been to this UPS Location two or three times as a final option to avoid going to the Belleville location. Every time I am in here, they are extremely rude. Today, Jim, owner and operator of the UPS, which is a private franchise, was extremely unprofessional and rude. I had a few of the same items to return that were different sizes. He was grabbing them hastily and was getting them mixed up and began to throw them in the truck bin before they were correlated and tagged correctly. I stopped him and said “wait! wait! no those are not the relating tags” and he told me to lower my voice or leave. My voice was never raise, I do have emotion behind my voice, unlike him, so it could’ve been misconstrued. These items were roughly $200 each, which I had five of them and if they would not have been returned correctly, I could’ve been out $1000. So I grabbed my items, and I am now about to head to the Belleville location. On the way out, a lady said that Jim’s behavior was a common occurrence with her as well. If you are able, I recommend avoiding this location. I gave Jim and his UPS location— that he is the owner and operator of three opportunities since I’ve lived here and he has failed me every time.
