I had a lot of Christmas returns to drop off and also needed help lifting a box and printing labels. Even though they were busy, they were still kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The manager was excellent.

Just watched two employees tear down a customer for asking for a price match w another UPS store. If I wasnt already at Dierbergs to shop, I would have walked out. That's what happens when you have 10 employees at a time under 25 y/o - they act like they're in highschool. Gross.

Dropped a package off paid for them to print the label. The customer received the wrong package (they got an ps3 controller used in an envelope) and now my item is now missing (was in a box). I called the store the manager claims they put the right label on the package. “It must of been reprinted at a hub and placed on the wrong package”. I’m a single military father and UPS cost me over a thousand dollars this year in lost items. We will see if the item is found.

I have been going to this UPS location for years now and have never had any issues until Jim started working there. Went in to send holiday cards. Asked to check weights so I had enough postage, given some have gift cards/photos inside. He told me ALL of the cards would need 4 stamps, though that’s a bit odd considering they were all different weights. I already had some stamps on them but I knew I needed more postage for some. Not only was he very abrupt and did he keep cutting me off when I’d try to speak, his energy was incredibly negative and full of angst. So naturally, with him being mouthy and all over the place, instead of clam and attentive, he overcharged me for postage. I went back in to speak with a manager because his energy was so off putting I couldn’t address it with him. But he came up front anyway. Then, he and the blonde female with the long hair that’s been there for a while, grabbed my holiday cards and very rudely started counting them out to me like I’m stupid, saying this one needs this much postage, this one needs this much, as they slapped my cards down on the counter. When I once again brought it to their attention that they’re saying I need x amount of stamps but charged me for x amount, he said that he only charged me for the amount I needed. So when I pulled my receipt to show him he was wrong, he rudely replied, “well I’m so sorry ma’am, took a dollar from his till, tossed it at me, and said I hope that dollar gets you far ma’am. Firstly, it was my dollar. Secondly, it’s the principle of being overcharged because he couldn’t be bothered to slow his roll long enough to do his job accurately. Like I said, all over the place and full of contempt towards customers. Instead of apologizing for his mistake and refunding, he insulted me and treated me like I was poor because I wanted my dollar back. I asked for his name and told him I was going to contact corporate. He said he was looking forward to it. And yep all this happened in front of all the other customers. So is this the kind of toxic service I can expect from this UPS location now? Employees overcharging, then getting an attitude when you call them on it, and allowing them to insult customer's? I will be following this review up with not only the GM of the store but also contacting corporate, as this is inexcusable behavior and has caused me to feel emotionally distressed having to deal with such toxic ugly insults.
