- KMKimberly MurrayFeb 17, 20225.0I had a great experience with this post office. I sent a care package to a friend and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and kind. UPS had reported the package as undeliverable, which was not the case at all. She helped me find the package and insure that it was properly delivered to the recipient. She also acted in a very professional manner. I didn’t catch her name, but I have absolutely no complaints.

If you could I would either go to Freeport or lanark post office. The billing address accidentally got messed up and did not come to my home address. I apologized but instead I was talk to like I was being reprimanded by my parents.
