She gives nasty glares, skips my house when she feels like it, shovels packages that are too big into the mailbox sometimes ripping the package and leaving my mailbox open because she doesn't feel like walking packages to my porch even though it is probably only 20 feet away. I really miss my last mailman. He is always super polite and always delivered my packages and mail.

UPS had reported the package as undeliverable, which was not the case at all. She helped me find the package and insure that it was properly delivered to the recipient. She also acted in a very professional manner. I didn’t catch her name, but I have absolutely no complaints.
