    I had a deeply frustrating experience with this FedEx location that deserves to be called out. If I’m paying $150 to ship a small package, I expect professionalism, clear communication, and accountability — none of which I received at this FedEx location. I was explicitly told that all taxes and additional fees would be covered on my end. Despite this assurance, my recipient was later invoiced — causing confusion and embarrassment. When I returned to the store for help, the staff were completely unhelpful and seemed poorly informed. No one took ownership of the issue, and I ended up spending hours on hold with FedEx customer service to sort it out myself. To make matters worse, the store manager, Dan, showed no concern or accountability for what happened. His attitude was indifferent at best. This location lacks professionalism, communication, and basic customer service skills. I strongly recommend using another carrier or a different location if you expect transparency and competence.

    I paid $300 for overnight shipping.....its getting here in 2 days even though we specifially told them we need it the next day and they told us it'll be delivered the next day. I am never using this office ever again. You got me messed up paying $300 for my mother to ship me my laptop from home to my duty station so I can do my online marine corps classes while being quarantined and its not getting here until the next day when I can not recieve packages due to quarantine. I am beyong livid at this office and wont ever use fedex again soley from this office.

    AVOID this location! I ship from EBay often. This guy tells me I must use an approved Fed Ex box. My box was just fine. Would have cost over $25 + original $20 I already paid for shipping on EBay. Other Fed Ex locations always take my boxes. Some kinda scam to buy their boxes?? Don't know, but I DO know I will NEVER return to this location!
