I came in with some addresses on the wrong envelopes (agh! didn't mean to! ), but he was SUPER helpful (since he was the one that caught it!) and very friendly ,and didn't give me a bit of attitude- just top notch service . He explained everything clearly and took care of everything. Thanks, Brent!!!

We know FedEx is notorious for weights and dims, so we measured (round up to the next inch) and weighed the packages very carefully. Somehow they still claimed measurements that were 1" more on 2 sides. This costed us $200 more per package, total over $600. This is crazy. Now we are avoiding this place and FedEx shipping at all.
