- MMMolly McLindenSep 9, 20255.0GREAT location, all because of the employees, of course! Brent was the one that helped me, and honestly, he deserves a medal for being as patient as he was with me. I came in with some addresses on the wrong envelopes (agh! didn't mean to! ), but he was SUPER helpful (since he was the one that caught it!) and very friendly ,and didn't give me a bit of attitude- just top notch service . He explained everything clearly and took care of everything. Thanks, Brent!!!

We know FedEx is notorious for weights and dims, so we measured (round up to the next inch) and weighed the packages very carefully. Somehow they still claimed measurements that were 1" more on 2 sides. This costed us $200 more per package, total over $600. This is crazy. Now we are avoiding this place and FedEx shipping at all.

That was my fault rude did not want to help me I understand how it is , I worked retail. They still have to do there job like I do. The persons name was Brent. Dont go there. He kept telling he was closed basically get out. I told him lock the door ahead of tim if your closed. If not you have to help me. You still have to help last customer.
