- IIIRSHADDec 17, 20251.0Very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I came to return a package that was delivered by FedEx. I had already emailed the store three times with the return details and the printed return label, but the employee kept saying she “didn’t receive any email” without actually checking properly. Instead of helping, she made me stand at the counter for 10–15 minutes while doing other tasks and assisting others, without reviewing my email or the return label I clearly sent. Finally, I was told that returns “can’t be done here” and that I have to go to another location — even though FedEx delivered the exact same item. This was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and a complete waste of my time. No effort was made to resolve the issue or even properly verify the email I sent. Worst customer service experience I’ve had with FedEx.

This was after maybe, 10-15 minutes after turning in the box 📦. She said not yet, I told her I wanted to make sure it was tapped because I was concerned of my item being lost. She dramatically tapped the box with the biggest annoyance in her mood and attitude that made me feel uncomfortable with her behavior towards my package. Manager should revise her training/ expectations and have a conversation with her about it.
