- LWLori WarrenOct 27, 20251.0Never know what “rules” they are going to follow day to day. Was going to get my paycheck in the mail today. Have been able to get my mail at the office instead of waiting for rural carrier any other time. Suddenly today I was told they can’t do that. So I wait and wait and call and oh, they are short handed so it will be delivered tonight sometime. I needed groceries today. If they would hav let me get my mail as usual, I would have been able to. I’ve noticed certain employees follow whatever rules are convenient for them.

I made complaints verbally, but nothing happens. Whoever I discuss the matter with just looks blankly at me and shrugs it off. If I'm getting other people mail in my p o box, then where is my mail being delivered to. This needs to stop and be corrected.

- KSK SlagJun 21, 20212.0Mail service has been a problem, they have lost 2 different checks that were mailed 2 weeks apart months later they arrived at the address they were mailed to. Now a bank statement has been lost. The bank says it was mail out 2 weeks ago. I went to pick up my mail last week from my mail box and found the neighbors mail on the ground about 5 feet before the mail box.
