The Asian folk who served me at the counter told me my mails can only go to the address that’s on my driver license. He told me I cannot have letter go to my other properties. He said he worked there for 40 years. I now understand why US postal service has been losing money for over 20 years.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Every time I come here there's always an issue. Staff are not knowledgeable. First time I came here, it was about an Amazon delivery issue. I bought it through Amazon, but an independent seller was shipping it through USPS, and it was impossible to get the clerk to understand that. Kept telling me to contact Amazon. Second time, I was shipping an eBay order, and the clerk had me struggling to look for the label information because he didn't know if I put hazardous package, when I kept saying I did. Then forced me to do a survey in front of him saying to do it now. Hostile and incompetent workers. If you want to ship through USPS, go to the one on 616 E Main St you'll have a much better experience.
