- MMMechtechFeb 20, 20265.0This location honestly deserves a higher rating. I've primarily used the 2600 Oak St in the beginning since I live closer to that one, but every time it was the worst experience I've ever had in customer service. The clerk who works at this location is very nice and knowledgeable. Absolutely no issues when I come here. I can't recommend this location enough. I've recently been doing a lot of eBay shipments and it's always a smooth process when I come here.

- MMMadeline MacinoNov 23, 20211.0Recently I was expecting a package from USPS. I received a notification that my package was "delivered to mailbox". However, when I checked my mail...no package! Not a huge surprise since I've had this exact experience many times. I called the St. Charles post office and spoke to Sherri. She was extremely offended by the situation. She was rude and unprofessional. Her tone was sarcastic and irritated. She is the perfect example of someone who should NOT work with people! I feel sorry for the people working beside her everyday! It took her 3 days to follow-up with me and she was just as rude, unprofessional and sarcastic as the first time! I called and spoke to a manager Lorenzo about the situation, he was professional and courteous, he followed up the same day and helped find my package. Thanks Lorenzo for your help!!!
