In the past couple years though, the carriers have been an issue, whether it's not leaving things, damaging things, leaving post office boxes open, any number of things. I feel like I'm constantly showing up at the post office or trying to call to resolve some issue, and since we have a small business we ship through USPS often with, as we get busier, things get worse. I wish they'd answer the phone, and I wish carriers could be more thoughtful and respectful.
