A familiar face I saw this evening, and I finally asked him for his name this time, is Cordell (I apologize if I spelled this wrong!). I've seen him several times while coming here and his positive energy and smile light up the room EVERY time! Thanks for being such a wonderful person everytime I come in!
- JJJENOct 24, 20252.0I recently visited this UPS location to return an item. The front-end employee instructed customers with Amazon returns to utilize the kiosk. However, another customer had just arrived and missed half of her instructions. Instead of politely repeating the instructions to the customer with Amazon returns, she rudely stated “well, it’s probably not working because that’s not part of what I just said” (referring to the kiosk’s inability to process her return). She also happened to be the one to assist me with my return and instead of properly putting away the item I just returned, she decided to throw it across the room. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I’ve never had a bad experience at this UPS location until then. I understand that everyone has bad days, but a little bit of kindness also GOES a long way. I hope management can address this issue and ensure that all employees maintain a professional demeanor, especially when interacting with customers.
