She told me “I don’t need to weigh it, I can see it’s a normal size envelope,” and dismissed me. I told her there’s a magnet inside and I’m nervous and she wouldn’t weigh it.

The person working the counter was one of the most disengaged and rude client facing representatives I have interacted with. I typically do not post negative reviews, but wow, this is the memory I have from dropping off a package! Great location which is why 2 stars versus one.
