    I visited this USPS location on 12/16/2025 between 1:30–2:00 PM . the customer service was not acceptable. The individual working there was noticeably rude and impatient There was no greeting, a grumpy tone , and I was interrupted while trying to speak or ask basic questions. The overall attitude felt impatient and unprofessional. I’m leaving this review because this location needs a serious improvement in basic courtesy and communication.

    This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a USPS office. I came to rent a PO Box and simply needed help understanding which documents I should provide, but the employee was extremely rude, unprofessional, and kept raising her voice at me. Instead of explaining the process, she made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. As an Asian customer, I felt that I was being treated differently. The tone, attitude, and unwillingness to help were completely unacceptable. I left the office without the service I needed, even though I had all the documents and was ready to pay. No one deserves to be spoken to like that, especially when they are politely asking for assistance. USPS should train their staff to treat people with respect and professionalism. This was a terrible experience, and I hope management takes this seriously.
