- GBGeorge Boosh2 days ago1.0What is it with this place and the attitudes of the employees??? I have to wait in line for almost 10 minutes while 2 people monopolize both registers, only to finally have someone able to help, and they give me an attitude the whole time. If I've already opened a package I cannot refuse it, even thought that's what the company told me to do. This woman seemed happy to shove the package right back in my face and get me out of the way. That's ridiculous, rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Then she's saying I wrote all over the package "refused return to sender", when I wrote it on the top and 1 side. "You have to fill out your name and address and where it's going." The original shipping label was still fully intact on the box... You mean to tell me she couldn't type in my address and the company's address to send it back to and put it on a label, really? Is that asking too much after I waited in line, only to get that kind of "service"? That's the last time I come to this dumpster fire of a post office. Schaumburg/the federal government should close this place and put them out of their misery.

- EGEsmeralda GarciaSep 26, 20251.0Want to give a zero because I went in about 2 weeks ago because my mail hasn't been coming at all my "supposed" family left and changed address I came in to fix the situation for it to be separate mailing tried to give my name and they told me no we don't need it my mail is not coming in at all yet got an email from the Village of my bills and my address on it is not mine and I'm being sent mail from my "supposed" mother. Bad service and not at all attentive
