The price was changed, she said! I said again : Could you checked again? Please because if changed the price not almost $4 She said: No…. This envelope is depends on weight ! Then so hurry. ( I never saw her before, right here ). After that another day I asked to ANA she is really adorable I ever had in usps post office. Ana said : I am so sorry, she supposed just scanned the envelope so the price will going to padded price just about : $11.90 Eventhough the price changed. Just make sure again when you met someone charged you not as usual and you never see them before , you have to speak up until they accept your opinion. So, you don’t need spent money more than as usual you spending.

- LBLinda BurnsAug 21, 20241.0This is the second issue I have had with the Roscoe Postal Service. First, a package that was going to Chicago ended up in Indianapolis and delivered 3 weeks later. Second, an important piece of mail hand delivered to the Roscoe office on 7/29, addressed to Rockford still has not delivered. The frustrating piece is that you cannot talk to a "person" to discuss the issue. Totally unacceptable!
