  I’ve been using this UPS Store for years for my small business and they’ve always been great. I’ve sent and received a ton of packages here and have never had any issues. I also get a number of packages delivered to my mailbox, and they’re always sorted and organized — I’ve never lost a single package. The staff is friendly and efficient, and even when there’s a line they move things along quickly. I don’t ship anywhere else and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend this location.

  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff were extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They took the time to explain my options, packed my items securely, and made sure everything was done properly. The service was quick, professional, and stress-free.I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service.

  This has to be one of the worst stores. I went there last night for Amazon returns. I had several shoes that look exactly the same but different by sizes to return via Amazon. As most know, Amazon returns is all QR codes and doesn’t help differentiate between different shoes by sizes. You have to click into each one. This lady yelled at me that I didn’t have a bulk return QR code. I explained to her that this doesn’t exist so she told me to call Amazon. The store was entirely empty but she asked me to move to the side. I told her that I was organizing the codes for her and would gladly move aside if another customer came in. She then proceeded to curse at me in her Indian language which she presumed I don’t understand. I asked her to stop raising her voice as she was making me nervous but she continued. The other lady stepped in to help out given how unstable this worker was behaving. I asked her for her name as I was leaving without completing my returns and she said it was none of my business. As a result, here is a picture of the unstable employee. Edited to add - went to Whole Foods after to do my returns on their machine. The wonderful employee came up to me and asked if she can do the returns to me. I explained that all of my returns look exactly the same so I am doing them one by one. She told me not to worry and helped(!!) me do the returns.

  Probably the worst UPS store I have ever been to. I have no relation to the lady that posted this original picture but I was in the store last night and witnessed it all. She was very rude and had one of the worst attitudes I have ever seen towards all customers not just Ishvari. If I could rate this store 0 stars I would. An employee this rude should not be working for any company and probably needs anger management or therapy before doing anything customer service related. I will never return back to this store even if it means driving over 15 miles to go to another UPS store.
