They couldn’t print anything. They couldn’t do anything to help me and instead of trying to help me they just start calling other customers to cut in front of me while I’m standing or trying to figure out how to make the scan work unbelievable I’ve never been treated and screamed at by an employee. I can’t believe she’s working there. And then I asked for help she’d rather me just leave. I don’t understand how this Professional how do you treat a customer like that?

I was there earlier today and the ladies at the counter where so unprofessional with a bad attitude and where not ready to help at all, they kept saying its not our job as we only work with handling UPS stuff. If they are not able to help then this store should not have had this service at the first place. I end up not getting my finger print and ended up going to other location.
