Walk in and the guy up front at the Amazon package desk pointed to where happy return was (he was not with any customers) I think walk to the back where the happy return area is near the printing and see a worker sitting working on some paperwork at printing. He does not acknowledge me the other guy does not say anything to him to help me … I am standing for what’s feels like over 5 mins with no acknowledgement of my presence. The guy in printing stands up and was fiddling with something else … the least he could’ve done was acknowledge I was there. What happened to good customer service? The first guy I approached too could have helped or said something. This store over 10 years was nice but it’s really gone downhill. If they don’t want to help with happy returns they should not: I ended up leaving to go to UPS where I don’t get ignored. Also mind you there was very few customers in this staples. Never again will I come to staples and glad I didn’t do a happy return there who knows if they would’ve done it correctly with their poor customer service.

There might be some cost for packaging. I agreed I arrived to the store and no one wants to help pretending like no one has ever shipped out equipment before And basically told it’s either I buy the bulk bubble wrap and all the packaging or try somewhere else horrible service. Why would you let me know? I can ship it out on the phone if you guys didn’t wanna help me in the store

Neil was also very nice and went out of his way to help us price match the Staples online price, which we really appreciated.
