    Awful customer service. A worker named Anthony, possibly a manager, was manning the Amazon returns. I came in with a box with some returns although not all returns. As soon as I walk up to the counter Anthony grabs my box and just dumps everything out, a fair bit falling on the floor. He said they had to "dump the box" because I was making everyone else wait. I literally had just walked up. Also, I had already screen shot all my return codes so I was literally set up to just blow through them to keep things going. It was actually him I was waiting on to process each item(between awkward stink eye he was doing during it.) He made comments about the other items he had dumped from my box(that weren't returns). I repeated that not everything was returns which is why he didn't need to just dump everything out. He then went to another register and stated that "real" customers take priority and I waited as another worker eventually came to finish my returns.

    Went to Staples for a happy Return. Eight people in line and only one elderly man working very slowly. Everybody is upset because their orders aren’t ready. I waited at the desk for 20 minutes with no acknowledgment so I just left. Take your happy return somewhere else!

    The guy on the printing tried to delay as much as possible because it was 15 minutes until closing. Then he told me to just order it online because they are closing. Very unprofessional and should be sent into retirement.

    I came in with two large Amazon boxes for return and was rudely informed that the scanner wasn’t working and Amazon returns are not able to be accepted. The employee said there’s a sign that you missed…yes I was carrying two large boxes and was not able to see the piece of paper that was taped there. Terrible customer service. Avoid doing returns at Staples and going into a Staples store.

    This store lacks professionalism and proper communication. I placed an order on 12/05 for custom wrapping paper and was informed my order would be ready 12/08. I received no email or phone call regarding the status of my order and called on 12/11 and the employee who assisted me over the phone stated they were behind on orders due to a shortage on the paper and my order would be ready 12/12. I stopped by the store on 12/12 and was given the runaround and bs excuses about my order not being ready. I called again on 12/14, and 12/15 and still no accurate status. I have had to wait long periods of time on the phone waiting for someone to answer and it’s ridiculous each time they provide me with a new excuse. Employees have also lied stating they have called me and could not provide me with any information of when the alleged call was made. Today 12/16, I am being told they have no ink and my order will not be ready until after Christmas. If the store was not equipped nor had experienced personnel that actually do their job then there should have been no advertisement about a service they were not going to complete.
