I was told they couldn't give me my label I already paid for,it didn't need to be a sticker I had tape. But she is OBVIOUSLY not trained because I had to drive to Jefferson just to get service.
- MSMrs SupermanJul 20, 20253.0I've had some issues with my mail. They say packages have been delivered which haven't yet arrived. Ive seen this happen several times with mail I het from stamps. They are always delivered the next day. Apparently now you can't put return to sender on mail for people who do not live at your residence because it just comes right back. I have had issues with my mail not being picked up even with the flag up. So I have to drive to a drop box when I have something to mail which I have made complaints about and it wasn't fixed. Now I have a new mail man so maybe that won't be an issue anymore. But thats pretty aggravating. Aside from that my mail persons have always been friendly and I appreciate their service.

For no giving reason. She made sure I got my package first thing. Even hand delivered it herself. Knowing it was an anniversary present. Great lady!!!!

Spent almost $250 to deliver boxes (4) and only three made it's trip. Idiots so high the address to deliver visa versa was wrong! And want more money to complete what they screwed up! Never use USPS. Fed Ex and UPS MUCH BETTER SERVICE! TRUST!

Credit card that I get emails were shipped and never arrive . On average I’d say 20-30 mail it’s don’t make it to my house every year and the costumer service sucks at kilburn. Truly the biggest group of idiots you’ll find at Rockford usps. And there’s nothing you can do
