I even pay for a signature to be needed, and they still not being delivered, I am trying to make a formal complaint or maybe can reach some of the other people who don’t receive there mail, to come together so we can make a case against them. There rude, careless and don’t take complaints seriously as the say any mail carrier can chose not to deliver mail, but to one house????? For like 2 years? I don’t know why the carrier can’t get out of her van either, I’ve never heard of such a thing, but Illinois isn’t like NY obviously. My friends got there mail on NY.

You’re harassed by the clerks when picking up your mail, they’re always rude , I haven’t received any mail since November 12th due to my mail being tampered with by the employees at this location. I have called and filed multiple complaints most recent one listed as proof. I hate that I moved to this area where they handle the mail very poorly. I have had multiple negative experiences with this postal office since 2022. From the email attached you can see it says case being reopened as I have had to call to complain about rude clerks, no mail and overall customer service , policy and other things on soooo many occasions.

I was told they couldn't give me my label I already paid for,it didn't need to be a sticker I had tape. But she is OBVIOUSLY not trained because I had to drive to Jefferson just to get service.
- MSMrs SupermanJul 20, 20253.0I've had some issues with my mail. They say packages have been delivered which haven't yet arrived. Ive seen this happen several times with mail I het from stamps. They are always delivered the next day. Apparently now you can't put return to sender on mail for people who do not live at your residence because it just comes right back. I have had issues with my mail not being picked up even with the flag up. So I have to drive to a drop box when I have something to mail which I have made complaints about and it wasn't fixed. Now I have a new mail man so maybe that won't be an issue anymore. But thats pretty aggravating. Aside from that my mail persons have always been friendly and I appreciate their service.
