I even pay for a signature to be needed, and they still not being delivered, I am trying to make a formal complaint or maybe can reach some of the other people who don’t receive there mail, to come together so we can make a case against them. There rude, careless and don’t take complaints seriously as the say any mail carrier can chose not to deliver mail, but to one house????? For like 2 years? I don’t know why the carrier can’t get out of her van either, I’ve never heard of such a thing, but Illinois isn’t like NY obviously. My friends got there mail on NY.

You’re harassed by the clerks when picking up your mail, they’re always rude , I haven’t received any mail since November 12th due to my mail being tampered with by the employees at this location. I have called and filed multiple complaints most recent one listed as proof. I hate that I moved to this area where they handle the mail very poorly. I have had multiple negative experiences with this postal office since 2022. From the email attached you can see it says case being reopened as I have had to call to complain about rude clerks, no mail and overall customer service , policy and other things on soooo many occasions.

So Frances had absolutely no obligation to put my new last names on a note so that my mail doesn’t get returned as I mailed my official change of address today. She was kind. Reassuring. Patient. And just so nice. I’m a former Navy Postal Clerk of 11 years. Customer service is #1. She has it mastered. And her trainer Rob I believe his name was, he was exactly like her. He was so nice and very happy about my compliments. Postal clerks are often disregarded and not appreciated. When we get compliments it feels so good. All that hard work. Blood sweat and tears. Was all worth it and somebody recognized. So thank you. From this Navy Veteran. Thank you so very much both of you!!!!! I look forward to working with y’all!!!
