  Austin was absolutely a pleasure to speak with! He was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding of my situation and the sensitive nature of it. Austin saw how important it was for me to get my package into the right hands at my delivery destination! Austin ensured me It would be handled correctly and he also made sure the entire process went smoothly from beginning to end. Austin even went the extra mile to help me with all the little details that other shipping companies would never care to help with!!! I wish more shipping companies had employees like Austin!! Bravo UPS! 👏👏 This young man is absolutely beneficial to your company! Thanks guys!! 🩷🩷

  I have been going to this UPS store for over a year and must say they are all super friendly and extremely helpful! Today Dom helped me and I have seen all of the employees. Thank you to Dom and other workers for your patience and kindness.

  The gentleman behind the counter is friendly, fast and professional! You guys seriously lucked out with him as an employee! I managed in Rockford. He’s definitely a keeper! Give him a raise…and no I am not a friend or relation to him. I am just a satisfied customer!

  The only thing is where I live you have to bang in the door I don't mean just hit the door really really really bang as hard as you can because we are in the backroom behide 3 doors the first front door the second is the very front door that leads the house inside but the front front door is the one you have to go through an then bang on that door behide it on the porch door but open the white door an look inside her a table if the package do|ant need paid for it hand to hand drop off please place packages inside that door an close it please we have m"THIEF" VERY BADLY WHERE WE LIVE ON THE WESTSIDE so please place any an all packages none paid for inside the first white door please it's always unlocked just open it your not gonna come into the house unless you go through the second dore behide that door ok (GOD-BLESS) an may the (GOD) OF ABRAHAM ISAAC AND JACOB please to light your path an be a beacon of joy an hope to you all

  I left my new coffee cup at the Alpine Inn in Rockford IL. I asked the staff to mail it to my home and they choose this store. The Alpine staff is of course amazing. I'm oh so glad! This is what blew me away. UPS store called ME! Austin and Sara at The UPS store contacted me! Packed it! Oh my my... the follow up to get duh money from me honey! My life blew up so there was a ....lag. Long story short. They say what they do and do what they say. It a simple series of events. Happens everyday with no one saying thanks. I'm exhausted from the freedom we have here. Idk when I got in this feeling so alone...when it became such a diy experience. Ive been missing the true sense of service the backup our lives. I have felt this way from every chair at the proverbial table. I'm just so grateful that these guys... honestly, no matter what's going on the attitude of Austin and Sara made the whole thing fun and easy for me. They keep cool and organized in the face of scrambled egg heads like me. So I'm wishing everyone in Rockford bad luck. Because finding the solution offered by Austin and Sara makes it worth it. Nailed it
