- CCCalebFeb 2, 20261.0Have lived in the postal area for a year and a half, have had more mail missing or never arrive. The only good part about this office is the nice women at the front desk.
- CBChris BOct 21, 20255.0Very dilligent and friendly post office team. If you come during the rush hour, you will wait- just like any other business. When reading the reviews for this location, keep in mind that 99% of (probably whiney & overprivileged) people who have a bad experience will leave a bad review, and only 1% of people who have had an outstanding experience will actually go through the trouble of writing a review.
- ACA CrossMar 7, 20231.0I watched the carrier deliver my prescription medical device to the wrong address. He even recognized it was the wrong address because he looked at the package, looked at the house number, looked back at the package, scanned it and left it between the doors on the neighbors porch. When I called about it they argued that it was scanned in as delivered at my front door. I literally watched it being delivered. I'm not just assuming what happened. Later that evening I got the notification that my package was delivered at 5:48pm. I left my home at 6pm and it was not there at any of the doors.

She has been rude when asked a simple question about rates and outright nasty when asked the process to send a package overseas. I imagine she is the same way when someone buys a stamp. I was there several days ago to put a package into the box and with no business at the window. She rudely told the gentleman at the front of the line with three others behind him that she was closing, took a hook and slammed down the folding partition as he stood there. This was five minutes before closing time. My wife works the front counter for the cable company and they do not have a stellar reputation either, but she would certainly be reprimanded for such an action. I suppose the postal agent is a lifer and has had many complaints lodged against her and there is probably little recourse, but if possible avoid this particular post office.
