- CSChuck SeefeldtSep 27, 20255.0Best service in the USA in all the places I have lived ever, compared with over 59 other US post offices in the USA! Friendliest clerks ever! This is the only Post Office in my 64 plus years of experience in the free world, Austria and New Zealand you won't have to wait in line for! Unfortunately due to recent Rock Island construction and renovation and the lack of continuous need they seem to have adjusted and limited the hours of operations accordingly as necessary! Be sure to call ahead or know the hours of operations before you arrive because you might get an unexpected surprise otherwise 😉! There is No Need for HATE or bad reviews because you are "unaware" and decide to take out "your Karen ignorance" on this awesome post office 😎 in the reviews because the rest of us are in the year 2025 and if you didn't use the modern conveniences available, look or at least call ahead before you went! Well there is Lots of Stupid out there, but not here. Have a blessed day!

They do a great job dealing with the public. And I've never found their rates to be outlandish either. Five stars to a job well done!
