Shouldn't be turned away because you don't know how to ship to a US Air force base that I have sent to numerous times before. I'm having to go to Paxton where the clerks are actually competent. UPDATE: was in and out of Paxton post office in under 10 minutes with the exact same customs form and information presented to the clerk.
