  They never get my insurance billing right; never run my secondary insurance I have submitted several times. Don’t ever try the telehealth options; they are horrible. They just changed what system they use to “make it better”, but trust me, it isn’t. I called the office to let them know I was trying to get into my appt and they didn’t help at all. The lady I spoke to even said, “oh, I don’t know anything about that”, kept talking over me while I was trying to explain, so CLEARLY wasn’t listening to me. I ended up completely missing my appt with my dr. I’m sure they still billed my insurance for that visit tho😒. Unfortunately the 2 locations I’ve had to deal with are the same. NOT happy.

  Dr Dunn and Dr Vazquez are awesome!!!! Dr Vazquez really listened to me and gets results! Dr Dunn is phenomenal as well as his staff!!!

  This hospital is supposedly non for profit yet they charge three times the amount for the same services offered by Barnes Hospital in Saint Louis. The staff here are very untrained and unprofessional. They create nursing programs that push people through with very little training simply to get a body into the position that they need. I've lived here for 40 years and this is with out a doubt the worst hospital I've ever been to. If you need a good doctor look to Hannibal or even Hamilton which is pretty sad. Don't forget that Blessing Hospital doesn't pay taxes! The Emergency room staff are just a bad joke. I could go on for hours about this place, but most people that live here already know what they're getting into. I can't wait til they get some competition from QMG.
