Yes, I understand that there are multiple streets with the same name with the same house builder, but there are three different types (Street/Pass/Lane/Drive/etc) with three different last names. Sometimes the packages get to the right house, and sometimes they don't. How is that possible? And how does one deliver three packages with three different names and three different streets AT THE SAME TIME??? Somehow Port Byron has figured out how. The addresses have been this way for years, so why haven't they figured this out?
- LWLeslie WallJul 19, 20221.0The people who work here ALL have very poor attitudes. The drivers sped through our neighborhood where there are small children. They are rude at every encounter. I get that they are busy, but that is not an excuse. They need to clean house and hire fresh!!! We even had a driver fly into the driveway when we live in a circle. There’s no reason they need to be in the driveway, first of all, when we live in a circle. We have short driveway. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking it may be a very large or heavy package, but it was not. I also had a package showing they had possession on a Thursday, but it didn’t arrive until the following Tuesday. You guys need to do better. This is unacceptable.
