I think people fail to realize just how understaffed / underfunded and overworked our postal service is. Due to the officials we've elected they are forced to work under these conditions. And the extreme increase in volume they've experienced during Covid-19 and the rise and Amazon sales they are left with an impossible task. Sure I get a package misdelivered from time to time but the staff always resolves the issue in a timely manner. I cannot thank the postal service and especially our local postal employees enough for the heroic with they put in for us daily.

Personnel at this location have been very helpful every time I stopped by. It's great to have the post office so close to home.

Every time I stop by there to pick up a package they have two excuses. 1. We are not done sorting the packages. 2. We have them sorted and are getting ready to put them on the truck. The one time I did pick up a package. there was a man working at the desk who was Johnny on the spot going and getting my package for me it was awesome. I won't get my package till late afternoon. I miss Rapids city took care of the mail.
