Went to the office and showed the email to the supervisor CJ. He asked me wait for a day stating sometimes it might take a day to two. The next day he personally showed up at my door and handed over the document. This is wonderful and goes to show how much they care. Very thankful to everyone there.

I went to mail Christmas cookies to my dad and when I asked for what box or envelope would fit best they stuck the sticker on top and then walked away from the desk with a supervisor. The package arrived smashed with nothing in it at all. Cookies all gone and my son's art for his grandpa gone too.

I was just there again and the line was all the way to the door and it was consistently moving ! VINCENT , was AMAZING ! He was the only one at the counter and he was flowing !! He was greeting each and everyone ! “Thank you have a good one !” Even with that amount of line ..HE was in his zone ! Clearly this type of customer service and heart of compassion is what sets this location apart ! It’s ALWAYS about the people who are employed who have a heart of compassion for customer service !
