This UPS store has been testing customer patience recently. Services like black and white printing, dropping off USPS items, or requesting basic box taping feel more anti consumer than welcoming.
For instance, they charge an outrageous two dollars per page for black and white prints, with the clerk smirking as if enjoying it, while libraries or Staples offer the same for under seventy cents.
The inconvenience extends to taping boxes, where they bill customers for this simple courtesy, claiming it covers resources. Yet in a busy store, resources should be plentiful, making their excuse ring hollow.
Shipping and boxes raise more issues. Per UPS policy, if they offer USPS services, they should accept items for postal pickup as a customer convenience. Instead, if you have not bought from them, they discourage drop offs, saying items will be in the way, which is odd.
Worse, if you bring a competitor’s box that fits your needs but touches the lid or interior, they may refuse to bubble wrap it or even turn you away. This tactic feels manipulative, pressuring customers to buy their eleven dollar boxes on the spot to avoid delays.

If it was possible to put 0, I would put it only from Pitu or as his name, (he didn’t even introduce himself, an employee of Indian origin) he was very rude to customers, the girl standing next to me was very kind, please take action against Pitu, because I read a lot of reviews about how he treated customers unlike

I dropped off the package on 12/19 for delivery to Phoenix from Plainfield, IL. The expected delivery date was 12/26. The postage was $50. I checked the tracking 2 days later and the expected delivery date was now 12/30, 4 days later. Extremely disappointed, UPS used to be the reliable carrier, that seems to have changed. I really believed I could count on them.
