Store owners only response to the delay - file a claim. No apology or partial refund which as the UPS franchise owner I feel they should provide instead of making a customer jump thru hoops and file a claim. Maybe FEDEX is better. I will try to avoid this store at all cost.

But today there was a tall young man with dark hair who was extremely condescending because I didn’t click on my phone as quickly as he thought I should. It would be nice if employees were helpful when it comes to those things because that’s their job! Every company has a different return process and it’s a little confusing at times. A little patience and understanding would go along way from him.

I have to say, all the associates at the store are extremely helpful, mild mannered and polite. Their services are clearly stated and they are extremely helpful with their suggestions. I know a number of people have mentioned prices are higher than USPS, and well, that has to be, correct? Plus I am sure the store does not decide prices, corporate UPS does. In either case, the associates and the owner is always suggesting ways to save money (suggesting the best way to send something while also saving money!). I truly appreciate everyone at this store and their services!

While I find prices too high for shipping, I have used them for other services from notary to Xerox copies. They are accommodating and their customer service is great. Highly recommend.
