Okay well having to put in a rating again for USPS and UPS only this time my wife had 4 packages she was supposed to receive in the mail for Christmas and she never got them, hmm I can only imagine why.... Maybe it's because these lazy no good for people who can't seem to do their jobs like their supposed to having others waiting around all day, 2:00pm to 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Listen IDC who doesn't want to do their job if you can't fulfill an order and deliver Please go home

I didn’t know that the review rating for this post office would be so low, but I am not surprised. That is due to the delivery people. I bought a plastic mailbox as I live on a busy street, and when we bought the house, there were tire marks on Google Maps where the mailbox use to be. I was told it was a thing here. I had gone in and spoken with the post master about moving the mailbox around the corner as we live on a corner lot. The post master said that would be safer for his drivers, so not a big deal. I also showed him pictures of the mailbox that I was purchasing. He said it would work perfectly. I wouldn’t be complaining if this was the first issue. I have attached pictures of what was left by the USPS delivery guy. If you can’t operate a simple mailbox, how can you operate a postal vehicle? The laziness is very apparent. I am glad I pay for subscriptions for my kids to be ruined by the delivery guy. Y’all need to do better.

I keep only getting some of my mail delivered. They send me a snapshot of my mail and then I dont get all of it. The stuff missing is always things like my new credit card or something important. I was told they were looking into it months ago. I was told they talked to my mail carrier months ago and its still happening. Very suspicious that it is always something that might be of value. I tried calling the local office after the 800 number wouldn't help and I couldn't even get them to answer the phone.

I recently shipped a 31 lb package through USPS containing two Xbox Series X consoles, three laptops, and one iPad that were being sent for repair at Phone Repair Academy. When the package arrived, it was completely empty and only had a white sticker on it. All the devices inside were missing. These items were not mine — they belonged to customers — and this situation has caused a lot of stress and serious inconvenience. I went to my local post office to report the issue, but the staff told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to file a claim online. They also said they were not responsible for the loss or damage. The front desk carrier refused to call a supervisor to even review the matter. This has been an extremely disappointing experience. I trusted USPS with valuable customer devices, and the lack of accountability and support has made the situation even worse. I hope USPS investigates this issue seriously and improves their handling, security, and customer service.
