    This store is beyond unhelpful. As I was carrying in my package, I noticed a piece of tape was not as secure as I would like. Asked Raul at the desk if he could put a piece of take to secure it and they refused to help. I was forced to buy a whole roll of tape for one small piece even though there was a tape dispenser sitting 2 feet in front of me on the counter. After this interaction, all the associates except one disappeared to the back as the line got backed up. The lady up front had to yell for help. Also after taking other packages, they were just throwing them across the room. I watched Raul throw multiple packages from about 10 feet away into a bin. Then after handing him my first box, he just dropped it on the ground from a few feet up. They do not treat customers or packages with respect.

    Very rude behavior. I went there 5:59 pm and they said they close at 6 pm. The time shows that opens till 7 pm. On response of owners comment on 09/28/2025: Just for ease of investigation. I went there on Wednesday 09/24/2025 at 5:59 pm for Notary service. They were closing the cash counter. I requested them if i would pay through credit card as well in case they think it will take time to recount. The closing time I saw 7 pm in google map and the employee there said to me they close the notary service at 6 pm. Thanks for your reply and attention in this matter.

    Worst ever. Close before 7 and the people there are rude and not knowledgeable. Go to a different location if you want competent workers.
