We went to this location, and the Store employee stated that “we don’t use UPS account numbers.” We pressed her to ask a manager. Again the response, “We don’t use or accept UPS accounts,” at this location. How can a UPS store not accept UPS corporate account information. We are perplexed! So we went to FedEx and used our clients FedEx corporate account number there, and completed the shipping transaction in 4 minutes. We are filling a formal complaint to UPS directly as this does not make sense. What is the point of having a corporate account if you cannot use it at an official UPS location?
