  FedEx gives no care that their employees are outright stealing our packages and “no clear resolution” was the latest response we got from FedEx. Wasn’t this location but there’s no location to review for FedEx corporate.

  I asked for them to do a service that they offer, and they declined because they were 'too busy'. I offered to leave the task for pickup, and they still denied. For context, it was just to scan a 100 page document to pdf.

  Dan was aggressive. He threw my package right in front of my eyes, labeled the values himself without asking, and kept asking the same questions for 3-4 times. He either needs to learn how to take care customer or stop representing to be a face of Fedex as he has a disgusting behavior. He must retire if he is not happy with a job or try to do better
