  This was the closest UPS to me since the wind of East Peoria closed. It was my first time coming here and I literally had 5 minutes to get to the store before it closed and somehow I surprisingly made it! I'm thankful that they were still open when I got there and I even thanked him for not closing early. I was in and out like a flash. Thankful for stores like this and great customer service!

  You guys again and again, do bare minimum, if it’s snowing you guys should never throw a package in the snow, especially when there’s three cars in the drive way and a stand at the front door that has no snow and is perfect for packages. Absolutely no common curtsey, and or common sense, please do better. Also seeing that it’s a farm and I know you see the animals, just why would you leave it on the ground? When ordering from whatnot you can not leave special delivery instructions! What a shame

  Great and fast service. Don is great running this store. Not only was he able to help me get a travel consent form notarized but printed a label for a customer walking in and multitasked with ease. He also answered my questions and helped me get better understanding of the notary section since I wanted to be sure I did not miss anything. Thanks Don. 😊
