Then today they dropped a slip off saying no one was available for a signature when I was home all day and never once heard a knock on the door. A 2 hour lunch break is also asinine. Stop being lazy.

Always huffing and puffing when she has to do her job. Unfortunately, the only way to not deal with this horrible place, is to sell our home and move out of town.
