At this location, I visited the store to print some documents but unfortunately encountered an unprofessional and rude staff member. I was in a good mood until her provoking attitude completely changed the experience. Additionally, important documents should not be handled carelessly or by random staff members — that should never be part of company policy. After our unpleasant exchange, she also refused to let me verify whether my documents had been properly deleted, which was very concerning.
