  This store don't even deserve 1 star , minus stars is deserved rate for this store and for this location, lady with short hair hate everyone who enter the store, she would love to make her salary without even showing at the work, always nervous, always in bad mood.

  Use extreme caution when going to this location. The attitude of the employees is absolutely horrible. Condescending, arrogant, unhelpful, unhappy, unprofessional, unpleasant and just plain mean about sums it up. I usually avoid this store but was in the area. The last time I was in the store one of the employees actually got into a loud verbal argument with a male (probably the issue here) customer. Some people choose the wrong job and clearly it would be better for the customers and UPS if these employees worked where they didn’t have to deal with the public.

  The UPS Store in Park Ridge has restored my faith in service. I go there regularly and am always impressed by the staff and service; but yesterday took things to a new level. An overnight package containing very sensitive information that had to be received yesterday was delivered to the wrong location halfway across the country. I contacted the UPS store in that city (where the package was supposed to be delivered) and they offered zero help, as did the toll-free customer service line. I called our local store as a last resort to see if they had any advice. Amy, the store owner, happened to take my call. She worked tirelessly for hours to help first locate the package; and then have the driver pick it up from where it was incorrectly delivered and bring it to the correct address. My guess is she made at least a half dozen calls to track it down and make this happen. After the store closed at 7PM she called me around 7:30PM to make sure the recipient had the package. What amazes me most is that Amy didn't even know why the package was so important to me - it was needed to ensure a family member could travel home for Thanksgiving - she did all of this because I paid for a service and she was going to advocate for her customer. In an era where so many businesses fail to embrace customer service, Amy and her store are the role models that others should look to for guidance. I've always been a regular customer; but after this experience I will go out of my way to bring more business to them.
