Next to impossible to speak with someone. Still receive the former landlord’s mail and their relatives! I did everything at my ends. Can’t reach anyone. Left notes taped on the box for the delivery people, nothing works.

I recently used this post office and they need help at the front desk! Everyone isn’t properly trained and they expect you to know their policies.

Our postal carrier, Sonja, deserves the very highest marks possible. She is excellent at delivering our mail and has a customer service attitude and focus that is noteworthy. We are impressed by her willingness to go out of her way and to pay attention to details. The only other carrier to even come close is Lola. Both of these ladies exemplify character and impeccable concern for the needs of their customers. It’s not their words but their actions that make them outstanding. Sonja has reignited our faith in the postal delivery system.

TY to London our thoughtful Mail Woman😇 She rescued Fantastico when He went for a joy run. I was not able to retrieve him myself since I had a broken ankle at the time.

Ordered a package and it was said to have been delivered at 5:30 pm on a Saturday. Couldn't find it anywhere. It wasn't on either one of my porches. I had to file a claim for the missing package and the Customer Service Supervisor, LaSallye Salifu asked me to contact her, so I did. She told me she spoke with the temporary carrier and he said he left it on the back porch. But if I tracked it, it said it was left on the front porch. She insisted it had to be there and made it seem like I was clearly missing it and I wasn't. I continued communicating with the online retailer I ordered from and she reviewed everything I submitted and she said for the heck of it to go to the post office and ask if it was there. BAM!! It was sitting on the shelf for 2 weeks. So why did wasn't there a second attempt of delivery? Why wasn't a door tag left at my residence for me to go pick it up? Why wasn't it sent back to where I ordered it from? WHY DID THAT CARRIER LIE?!?! I'm just so frustrated to have been given the run around by this Post Office. I know for a fact if it was the regular carrier he would've left it between the doors.
