- ATandrew tolliverJan 27, 20251.0Their delivery drivers must be so terrified of people it's unreal! 3 times I've had to reschedule a certified letter delivery simply because the driver refuses to knock on the door. The last time they came, they already had the pink slip filled out before getting to the house! Just put it in the mailbox and kept on going! Had to take a couple of hours off work just to get the letter.

- BBBethMay 15, 20201.0One particular deliverer is apparently so afraid of dogs that she refuses ro deliver mail. I have installed extra locks on my doors, made sure my dogs are in kennels in the mail delivery slot of 9 am to 11 am, installed a new mail boox further from the house . The post office informed me during delivery time i cannot have doors or windows open "to protect" the deliverers. How much more can 1 person do? Apparently i can add to the list i am not allowed to go anywhere at delivery time as well because i had the door open while getting ready to leave and she delivered part of my mail, but decided not to deliver the package i had been waiting on
- EEErin EilerNov 21, 20181.0I have had excessive problems at this post office. Unhelpful and unfriendly people always work here. The most recent problem is the employees here have flat out refused to forward mail for over a year and my complaints always get forwarded back to this same post office to resolve the problems they never resolve. They even backdated the address forwarded to a date months before I had the address verified by the UPS Store than said my mail was forwarded for over the time limit when i did not even have the address for that long. The post office definately should work on hiring more helpful competent people that dont bully their customers as if they believe they are immune from losing their jobs...
