I’m not sure what they do after 7am, but if your package is still at Palatine, and it’s after 7am, then your package will 100% be sitting there all day. USPS has a problem in general, but this place needs to be shut down. Unfortunately, I live right near Palatine, so my packages always go through here, yet when I see it on the phone I still get upset. I rep for a distribution company and they would get a real kick out of this place.
