- GAGabriella ADec 29, 20255.0Chris M & Kytesha(hope I correctly spelled) at this location are fantastic. Octavia Is an angel and also gives amazing customer service. I have had poor experiences in the past at the Schaumburg McConnor Pkwy location using SCAN sheets. Last time I dropped it off there it didn't register an acceptance scan until two days later. Consequentially, most of the packages were late, and it had shown that I missed the ship by date. My small business' metrics took a severe hit. This time when I tried at the Palatine location instead, it worked and updated right away to track the status of the individual packages within that bulk shipment. Keep in mind , if you plan on using a SCAN sheet, you need to keep note of the original tracking numbers on your package labels , as the large consolidated barcode cannot be tracked and you will need to enter them individually on the USPS website. I appreciate the associates at this location who treat customers with respect and kindness, and who scan in a timely manner. In my opinion, they are significantly more professional than any of the surrounding postal offices in the Northwest suburbs- as someone who has gone to about 8 different locations nearby. Thank you!
