Horrible STAFF!!! Don't waste your time, they are not willing to lift a finger. Very rude and unfriendly especially the older lady.

I've been at my current address for over 7yrs now. Any mail that I put to out for delivery never arrives, or arrives 3 months later. My nephews birthday card for last December arrived in late February, my parents anniversary card that was mailed in mid May has still not arrived, and it is now June 22nd. The Fathers day card I mailed, never arrived either. I have never in my 52 yrs had such incompetency in mail delivery as I do with this post office. Calling to complain gets you absolutely nowhere.

Personally never had any issues. Lately been selling alot of older pokemon via ebay or PayPal and the gentleman in the morning is always in a great mood with a smile.

This post office is an absolute TERROR & NIGHTMARE (I'm keeping my words clean here & trying so desperately to do so). I live 4 minutes away & I choose to mostly go 12 minutes to Aurora as they've known me 20 years & I'm treated with courtesy & respect by all the girls in Aurora everytime - nevermind the wait. At downtown Oswego Laura, LaCrystal, Peggy & that uneducated acting/speaking, cigarette breath "postmaster" Pam Herman have gone far beyond making me mad. I should have gone to a lawyer, but they would have sided with their postmaster, Jackie Herman. To make a long story short, Laura & the others appeared to have taken a disliking to me because of my Sexual Orientation & I perceive she was jealous by all of the personal questions she had asked. In March 2013, to my horror, Laura caused 3 boxes to all go missing at the same time with tracking noted "missent" or "undeliverable". 2 post offices got involved due to all of this mishap. Laura also continuously kept throwing my International "proof" receipt copies away. I stopped going for 8 months. I should have NEVER returned!!! Then in January 2014, the brand new postmaster, JACKIE HERMAN, wound up pointing her finger 1.5" from my face - over the counter, because she couldn't understand why I needed a particular Priority Mail label. Jackie is totally beyond UNPROFESSIONAL I really & truly should have had her investigated as I think she has many things to hide (like she might be a drunk or drug addict as that's how THEY act). In any event maybe you giggled, maybe you cringed & maybe you don't believe! BUT, try ever speaking up about ANYTHING to any one of them,or just merely asking a question they don't like & you'll see what I mean. Good luck:)
