  Nick was extremely patient & helpful when I visited the Oswego store. He helped me get into my email on the computer so I could print some documents & because I’m so tech unsavvy, he helped me so much & was so patient while doing it that I can’t thank him enough. Thank you, Nick! I really appreciate you!

  Poor customer service store was packed and instead of making an announcement that they were seeing all customers at the front cash registers they let me sit in the printing line expecting someone to help instead they let me sit there and more people piled into the store I've worked with big groups and crowds of people and would at least given my customers a heads up and to save myself from commotion or an angry customer i would have immediately informed the customer to get into the correct line insteas both workers in the store today had horrible customer support and relations and should be taught what to do when facing a large line of people and how to multitask especially if there are two of them there was absolutely no reason they should not have good customer service and support considering that they are working with customers i didn't stay in the store long but I stayed long enough to know I won't be coming back awful service do better

  I have used this store a number of times over the years and they are always super nice and helpful, but this past experience was the best. My brother sent my son a birthday present and it never arrived. He, of course, lost the tracking number, so I went into the store hoping for a miracle. The young woman was happy to try to look up my name, address, and phone number, but she found nothing. She gave me some advice about how my brother might be able to locate it on his end. Even though I wasn’t buying anything, she was really helpful. What more can you ask for? Turns out my bro sent the package with fed ex. Next time we’ll use UPS.
