Recently went in to find my missing parcel. From the very beginning rude as can be. Why are you mad at me I’m not the one that can’t read and lost the package. Act like an adult take responsibility for your actions, apologize and find out where you mis delivered my item. Very simple. I’m just curious how these carriers do their job. Do you just grab the first parcel by your foot and stuff it in the mailbox ? And then what is the point of asking me for the tracking number and not even looking it up. Kai the clerk rude, lazy and ignorant. Stephanie “ the supervisor of supervisors “ arrogant, vindictive and unprofessional. I was expecting my package on Friday for a special event. Unfortunately, due to her actions and attitude, she deliberately failed to find it. How she is still employed there shocks me. District will be notified.
