No employees at front desk. Had to use my air horn app to get someone to come up. Then as the guy is cashing me out he taps the satisfied ranking on the payment screen. Seriously????
Luckily there is a qr code on the receipt. That will be fun

The worst experience I've ever had a USPS facility. Two mean lazy female associates bullied me and one of them reached over the work station to rate herself before I was able to key in my satisfaction/unsatisfied. They were 10 times worse than Newman!

I don’t understand why these people working here are so rude and snobby. If you hate ppl and your job so much then work somewhere else, where you don’t have to deal with customers. These employees are so miserable they act like 16 year old’s which is sad since most of them are in their 60’s.

Most unprofessional and incompetent employees here. From the clerks at the front to the supervisor. They mis deliver my mail and packages constantly. Recently went in to find my missing parcel. From the very beginning rude as can be. Why are you mad at me I’m not the one that can’t read and lost the package. Act like an adult take responsibility for your actions, apologize and find out where you mis delivered my item. Very simple. I’m just curious how these carriers do their job. Do you just grab the first parcel by your foot and stuff it in the mailbox ? And then what is the point of asking me for the tracking number and not even looking it up. Kai the clerk rude, lazy and ignorant. Stephanie “ the supervisor of supervisors “ arrogant, vindictive and unprofessional. I was expecting my package on Friday for a special event. Unfortunately, due to her actions and attitude, she deliberately failed to find it. How she is still employed there shocks me. District will be notified.
