Great carriers. Front end person always helpful. The bearded mailman is one of a kind and always on time and pleasant.

Packages have to be ready to ship if u use this office. Lady at the counter was rude, and she didn't have any type of utensils to write on boxes or any paper to cover old labels. Was able to buy new boxes, though.

I’m not sure of her name, but the lady typically working the counter is incredibly rude every time I come in to take care of something. If it were an isolated incident then I would understand people have bad days, but it’s every single time I go in.
I once went in because a package I was waiting on (which was already three days late) was still showing up on tracking as being at the post office. I kindly asked the lady if I could just pick it up as I really needed it and could no longer wait, and her response was, “What makes you think that we still have the package here?” Really? The tracking does, that’s why I’m here. It’s unacceptable to be that condescending to your customers when you have no reason to.
If you hate your job or yourself that much, maybe you should take a hike and let someone else take care of things since you obviously can’t. If I could give zero stars I would.
